Herskowitz Shapiro offers a wide range of corporate and transactional legal services.  We take the time necessary to get to know our clients’ businesses and objectives, so that we can assist in the most strategic and cost effective manner.  We work with clients to form their entities, to negotiate and draft purchase and sale agreements, and corporate documents such as operating, shareholder, partnership, employment, non-competition and confidentiality agreements, by-laws and resolutions. We also prepare real estate contracts, lease agreements and management agreements.  We view our client relationships with a “long term” view.  To that end, the corporate and transactional services we provide are well thought out, and consistent with both the short term and long term goals of our clients.
